Insights 2024: Enterprise Event Branding & Design System

Challenge:

Deliver a cohesive, scalable brand experience across 20+ deliverables while maintaining consistency and supporting the strategic unveiling of BlueCherry's refreshed brand identity.

Design Systems & Infrastructure:

• Developed comprehensive design system including presentation deck template, event collateral specifications, and visual guidelines • Created modular design components (banners, signage, graphics) enabling rapid production while maintaining standards • Established design documentation and specifications supporting vendor coordination and multi-team execution

• Collaborated with motion designers, CMO, and marketing leadership to ensure visual coherence across video, print, and environmental design

Deliverables:

• Polished presentation deck and reusable PowerPoint template • Client Passport: high-end guide serving as program and keepsake • Event essentials: sponsor banners, table backdrop graphics, lanyards, and signage

• Welcome banners and looped event videos with motion design partners
